📦 How to order and pay for your order
Totesaura proudly offers great payment services for users of Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Every step of payment is made with your data encrypted and secured.
If you want to alter or delete your order, please call customer service within sixty minutes of ordering. After a period, you can’t make changes to your order because it has probably moved on to be shipped.
Shopping at our store does not need you to create an account. If you’d like, you can check in as a guest or make an account to see your previous orders, check out faster and receive member promotions.

Though we hope you like your purchase, if it doesn’t work for you, you can return it hassle-free within a month after delivery. You can only return or exchange items if they are unused, still have their original tags and are in their original packaging.
If you want to return or exchange something, first use our Returns Portal or write to us at [email protected] with the details. Our team will show you the next things to do.
It will take us 5 to 7 days from the time we get your returned item to process your refund. We will refund you using the payment method you used originally.
