All of our website’s orders follow these terms. If necessary, we can update this policy without notification and the final authority regarding disputes belongs to us.

If you decide it’s not for you or the item came damaged, we will accept a return or an exchange at Totesaura. We ask that you let us know by email before returning any product.

A return or refund request must be made no later than 30 days after you get your order.

The items you have purchased should be returned unused, in the original paperwork and packaging and with all the original accessories.

Products that cannot be returned or exchanged aren’t covered in this policy.

Products in a bundle should be returned together still in the original set.

Procedures for Getting a Return or Refund

📝 How to Request a Return or Refund
Step 1:

“Return & Refund Request”
Include:

  • Your Order ID
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos (for defective items)

Step 2:
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

Step 3:
If approved, we’ll email you a return label.
Print the label and send the item(s) back in original packaging to:

Return/Refunds Are Not Accepted If:

  • Product is damaged due to customer misuse
  • Return request is made after 30 days
  • Returned items are used, opened, or missing packaging/accessories

💳 Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.

📦 Return Shipping & Fees
We do not charge a return shipping fee for defective items or change-of-mind returns.

There is no restocking fee in any case.

🕒 Delays in Refund
If your refund is delayed:

  • Check your bank account or card statement again
  • Contact your credit card provider — it may take time to reflect
  • Contact your bank — processing may be in progress

Need an exchange?

Include:

  • Your Order ID
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos/videos (if applicable)

We’ll process exchanges for the same item only.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund.
After that time, cancellations may be treated as a standard return.

📍 Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible for the loss.
